Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') are a legal agreement between you and Wholistix Technologies Private Limited ('Wholistix', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), the company that operates Super.family. By accessing or using Super.family you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Super.family Service
Super.family is an AI-powered holistic wellbeing platform for individuals and families. The service includes:
- An AI coach that generates personalised nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mental wellbeing plans based on your data and goals.
- Certified human coaches who review every AI-generated plan and who are available for optional pay-per-session progress reviews.
- Family wellbeing tools, including shared check-ins, goals, activity tracking, and family coordination features.
- The encrypted Family Vault for storing and organising your family's health documents securely on your device.
Super.family is designed to support everyday health and wellness decision-making. It is not a medical service — please read the Medical Disclaimer below carefully.
Medical Disclaimer
Super.family is a wellness platform, not a medical service. Nothing on this platform — including AI-generated plans, coach guidance, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Super.family is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, clinician, or other licensed health professional.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are managing a serious illness, always consult a qualified clinician before acting on any guidance from this platform. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on this platform.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. Human coaches on the platform provide lifestyle and wellness guidance only; they are not providing medical treatment or clinical services.
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using Super.family you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wholistix Technologies Private Limited.
If you use Super.family on behalf of another person — for example, as a parent or guardian managing a dependent's account — you also accept responsibility for that person's use of the platform and for ensuring their use complies with these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Super.family. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at hello@getsuper.family if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
Family Members and Dependants
You may add family members, including children under 18, to your Super.family account. By doing so, you confirm that:
- You have the legal authority to provide and manage their information on the platform.
- You have obtained any consents required by applicable law, including parental or guardian consent for children.
- You are responsible for their use of the platform and for the accuracy of the data you submit on their behalf.
We do not knowingly permit children to create their own accounts or to interact directly with the platform without being managed by a parent or guardian account holder.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Coach Sessions
Super.family offers paid membership plans and optional pay-per-session human coach reviews. Key billing terms:
- Membership plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We will give you reasonable advance notice of any material price changes before they take effect.
- All billing is processed by our third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you also agree to their applicable terms.

- We reserve the right to modify our pricing or plan structure, with notice to you, at any time.
Specific pricing is displayed in the app and on our website at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee that prices will remain unchanged.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Super.family only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.
- Upload, share, or submit content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
- Add another person's personal or health data without their consent or, for children, without appropriate parental or guardian authority.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform or any part of it.
- Use the platform to store, transmit, or distribute malicious code or software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use requirements.
User Content and the Family Vault
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Super.family, including health logs, documents, and Vault files ('User Content'). By submitting User Content, you grant Wholistix Technologies Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to the data retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
The Family Vault uses on-device encryption. Your Vault files are encrypted before leaving your device, and the decryption keys are held on your device. We are not responsible for loss of Vault data resulting from loss of your device, loss of your credentials, or any failure of your device or operating system. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup of important Vault documents.
Intellectual Property
Super.family, the Wholistix Technologies name and marks, logos, and all platform content (excluding your User Content) are owned by or licensed to Wholistix Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Super.family application and web platform for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our platform or content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
Super.family integrates with third-party services, including Sahha for wearable device data and payment processors for billing. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only and do not constitute our endorsement of those services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Super.family is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wholistix Technologies Private Limited's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) [liability cap — to be confirmed].
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wholistix Technologies Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Super.family platform.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- User Content you submit to the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to Super.family at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for any other legitimate operational reason, with notice where practicable.
On termination, your right to access and use the service ends immediately. We will handle your data following our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect (or such shorter period as required by law). Continued use of Super.family after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Super.family service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
This governing jurisdiction may be updated as Super.family expands its service to additional countries.
